Good Food Wines Ltd are committed to ensuring all personal data we store on you is secure.  We have put in place appropriate security, technical and physical procedures to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure to our systems to safeguard the information we collect and store. We will not use your data for any other reason than for the original purpose.

During day to day business we will collect and store personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679.  Information collected includes but is not limited to Name, email address and mobile number.  This information will be stored on our company emails, manual files and databases.  

Why do we need your personal data?

We keep this information so that we can continue to do business with you whether you are a customer or supplier. We need to ensure we can continue to correspond with you regarding orders, samples, quotations, technical requests, invoice & payment queries and new product information.  This data may be shared with our hauliers and freight forwarders for tracking and booking products in. These third parties are obliged to keep your personal data securely and will use them only as indicated.

If payment is made by credit or debit card, we may store your name, address and phone number this is in accordance with PCI DSS procedures which are reviewed annually with Barclaycard.

The right to object – Inform us that you don’t want us to use parts of your personal data or only use for certain business processes.

The right not to be subject to automated decision – making including profiling – To complain if we are not using your data for the correct business purpose.
