It presents as a clear, pale lemon to straw-coloured sparkling wine with delicate notes of biscuit and toast, complemented by vibrant acidity and a refined, persistent finish.

Champagne undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle and extended ageing on the lees to develop its distinctive elegance, complexity and fine sparkling character.
